On Thursday, 30 April, Castlepollard Local Development hosted a Security and Crime Prevention Talk with Sergeant Brian Stones, Crime Prevention Officer for Westmeath, at Castle Varagh Hotel.

In a wide-ranging and informative session, Sgt Stones covered safety in the home, fraud awareness, general security tips, and crime prevention advice. He also took questions from members of the public following the talk.

CLD were delighted to welcome Sgt Stones and thank him for sharing his expertise with the local community. We hope the evening proved useful for all who attended.
